REQUIREMENTS
- Annual membership fees paid
- Access to TeleHealth/ITV network (costs to implement ITV system are in addition to annual membership fee)
- Staffing: Designated point person
- Data submission: Cancer incidence and mortality and outreach program attendance
- Co-host on-site MCA events
MCA COMMUNITY PARTNER ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES
Total Annual Fee is $20,000 per year (July 1 - June 30). The membership fee for an organization joining during the year is prorated by quarter. If a member is registered as a Kansas organization, the University of Kansas Cancer Center provides a match of up to 50 percent of the annual fee. Therefore, the cost per year for a Kansas organization is $10,000.
